Update: December 2006

Planning for the 2007 season has begun; our dates for next summer are confirmed, following a call from Parks today.

During this past summer’s concerts, you may have noticed the ERMP staff sporting some immensely stylish Oneida-designed t-shirts. These can now be purchased online, at our online store, in sizes from Youth Large all the way up to XL.

We now have groups set up on both Flickr and Youtube, if you’re inclined to join either or both.

Brief Update: November 2006

As the city makes its way into the autumn, we’ve begun to plan the summer 2007 season.  Coming soon to this page: a storefront option, where you can order things like the Oneida-designed ERMP shirts that we had on display at this summer’s shows.  Also, Excepter’s set from their August 2006 show at the Amphitheater can be downloaded here.

Summer 2006

With the summer 2006 concert season at an end, we’d like to thank everyone who attended one of our shows this summer.

Thanks to New York Noise and Ben Goldberg for curating our June and August shows, respectively.

Thanks as well to all of the bands who played this summer: Meneguar, Human Television, Mobius Band, Saturday Looks Good to Me, Fern Knight, Blues Control, Excepter, Magik Markers, The End of the World, Professor Murder, Home, Love as Laughter, and White Magic. Thanks and apologies to the bands slated to play our rained-out July show: Jonathan Kane’s February, Taiko Masala, and Dragons of Zynth. Hopefully, you’ll see all three take the stage in ‘07.

We’ll be back with another season in 2007; keep an eye on this space for news about benefit events during the fall and winter.
